Delivery and costs

• Orders of €20 or more are shipped free.
• For orders under €20, shipping costs within the Netherlands are €4.95 and for Belgium €5.95.
  
• We only deliver in the Netherlands and Belgium.

Delivery time

• Ordered before 3 PM? Shipped the same day! Orders placed on Saturday and Sunday will be shipped on Monday.

Cancel and change address

After you place your order, we'll start packing and preparing it as soon as possible! Please contact us as soon as possible at support@paintaboo.nl if you:

• You discover at the last minute that you made a mistake in your order and you want to cancel it.
• You want to change your address before we ship the package.
• Didn't receive confirmation of your shipment (after checking your spam).

Returns

You have 14 days from the date of purchase to return an unopened product , counting from the date of receipt. To be eligible for return, the product must meet the following conditions:

• The product must be in its original packaging.
• The product must be unused and in saleable condition. We cannot accept boxes containing used products.
• The product must have been purchased through our own website.

Return costs

Paintaboo is responsible for the return costs if the product is defective or if a shipping error occurred. This includes:

• You have received an incorrect item
• One or more items are damaged or incorrect

NOTE: For this, please contact support@paintaboo.nl. Return costs are the customer's responsibility if:

• A product is returned because you no longer want it

You must pay for your return label in advance.
